After having replaced the sod in their backyard three separate times in the twenty years they've lived in their house, they were more than ready for a permanent solution so we suggested artificial turf. 

They were skeptical at first, having three dogs they were worried it might get smelly. In addition, irrigation systems are preserved and we suggest "rinsing off" the turf once or twice a week during the hot summer months.
