This Coppell, Texas homeowner had wanted a front yard facelift since 2018 but the lack of drawings provided by the companies contacted made it hard to visualize the improvements, so no decision was made.

Fast forward to 2019 when a neighbor was making improvements to their yard and a conversation ensued. The neighbor told the homeowner how much he liked our design and that's what cinched the deal for him to select Splendid Gardens Landscaping for his own landscape improvements. The homeowner asked to see the design and the neighbor obliged.

We were contacted shortly thereafter and set a meeting to walk the property to discuss options. We then followed up with our 3D design drawings as shown below and the homeowner had the confidence to proceed with the project. We completed the new installation in mid March to take advantage of the spring growing season. Everything will be well established and looking it's best come summer.
